This is unrelated to tour/music so you can prioritize it accordingly (IE, put this near the bottom of the pile somewhere between 'finding me a cat psychic' and 'help remind me to order new custom candles.') So, I've been thinking of buying some new property in Vermont (uh oh)...

When you have a minute, can you please find a good real estate agent in that area who can keep an eye on properties for me? I have a pretty vivid idea of what I want, but I'm not sure it exists or--if it exists--whether it's available to me. I included my list of requirements below but please make it clear that we're not looking to buy right away, we're really just checking out options. And I'm sure this goes without saying (you know the drill) but I want my name to be kept out of it for now :)

Requirements:
*Privacy is a HUGE concern. A naturally secluded place would be great.
*Minimum 3, max. 5 bedrooms
*Min. 5 acres, no max.
*Land for multipurpose use like hiking, gardening, development, ranching/farming, whatever...

Preferences:
*A recently renovated or farmhouse prime for renovation is the ideal property we're looking for. They are SO lovely, and it would be a diverse addition to the properties I already have.
*Lakeside or view of lake (WHICH lake doesn't particularly matter though distance to another city should be considered)
*Natural cover, trees, etc. (see privacy)
*Unincorporated residence STRONGLY preferred. We don't really want "neighbors"in the sense that people could walk/drive by the house. I think our preferred acreage should take care of this, though.
*Less than 20 miles of nearest town or city. We want to be near a city for convenience but also because the house

Again, I don't know if this place exists. But I'm willing to wait a while if the potential is promising. Call me if you need me! Thank you so much!! Also, please remind the crew that I want all their cookie flavor preferences ASAP. :)
